HI! I'M RAM TAMEZ.
I'm a Mexican 2D animation filmmaker based in Paris. In 2020, I graduated from Gobelins with the Annie Award-winning short film LA BESTIA made possible through a scholarship from Guillermo del Toro.
Since then, I've worked as a 2D animator on productions like Primal, Scavengers, and Common Side Effects, directed my short film KIKIRIKI, which premiered at the Annecy Festival 2023, and created animation for major brands, video games, and music videos.
Over the years, I've realized something...
Many artists don't fail because they lack talent. They fail because they lack personalized guidance from someone who truly has their best interests at heart.

THE RAM METHOD™
My method doesn't regurgitate what other teachers have already said over and over. Instead, I'll teach you the methods and frameworks I use—ones I've developed over more than 15 years working in the animation industry.
During our face-to-face sessions, I share what I call Work Maps—a series of specific steps that bring clarity and understanding to your creative process, whether it's 2D animation, drawing, character design, or storytelling.

My mentorship works as a non-automatic monthly subscription. Giving you the freedom to continue for as long as you want, or pause whenever you need to.
